Ontario Seniors’ Forum (OSF) is a community-based, not-for-profit organization committed to enhancing the well-being, social connection and quality of life of seniors.
Established in 2017, OSF brings seniors together through social connection, learning, wellness, recreation, volunteering and meaningful community participation. We provide opportunities for seniors to build friendships, remain active and informed, share their knowledge and experience, and continue contributing to community life.
OSF is a non-political, non-religious and non-ethnic organization, welcoming seniors of all backgrounds and committed to serving the community without political or religious affiliation.
Through our programs, Regional Chapters and community partnerships, we strive to create an inclusive and welcoming environment where seniors feel connected, valued and supported.

Our Story
Our Journey
Ontario Seniors’ Forum began in Milton in 2017 when a group of like-minded seniors came together with a shared vision: to create a welcoming platform where seniors could connect, remain active, share their experiences and continue contributing to community life.
What began as a local initiative gradually developed into a growing community organization. In March 2019, Ontario Seniors’ Forum was formally incorporated in Ontario, providing a stronger foundation for its programs, governance and future development.
Over the years, OSF has expanded its activities, developed partnerships with community organizations and public institutions, and created new opportunities for social connection, learning, wellness, recreation and volunteering. From its beginnings in Milton, OSF has grown to include Regional Chapters in Milton, Mississauga and Hamilton while continuing to operate as one Forum with a shared mission.
Today, OSF continues to grow while remaining true to the idea that brought its members together in the first place — seniors connecting with seniors, supporting one another and contributing their knowledge, experience and energy to the community.
